SCENE FROM 6 MONTH PART-TIME COURSE

As mentioned, as well as a filmmaker I’m also an actor as well. I attended the 6 Month Part-Time Course at ‘Bow Street Academy‘ from June to December 2022.

Well all had to pick a scene under 2 minutes to be professional filmed by a crew in collaboration with the academy. The scene I chose was my ‘In and Out’ (1997) and I was Emily, originally played by Joan Cusack.

The scene was filmed in the basement of the building and personally decorated to make it look like we were backstage or a wedding venue. My friend and I had a lot of fun as we were both each others scene partners for the final scene project.

The director and DOP did an incredible job of directing the movement and the way it was going to look and feel on screen.

I couldn’t recommend ‘Bow Street Academy’ enough for their time and efforts. Everyone did such as incredible job towards the end of our phenomenal acting experience.
